Tips when posting your requirement

• Use an attractive and accurate project name to entice applicants
• Ensure detailed population of Skills Required & Assignment Details
• In Expertise tag - highlight specific topics of expertise of the consultant or project; using only one or two word phrases and separate each with a comma
• You can upload files, make it mandatory for a cover note or quote, request advice on appropriate fee quotes and set your email notifications

Use your dashboard to see applicants move through the shortlisting pipeline

• In the days ahead candidates will apply for your project (top/blue part of Dashboard)
• For now, flexscore has generated candidates that fit your project – peruse these and “Contact” them
• Select "De-prioritise" those that you don’t like – they will no longer appear on your matching list, but the candidate may still apply

Click on "New Applications" in your dashboard

• Peruse your applications
• Select “Shortlist” for those consultants that have applied
• Select "Turn Down Application" those that you don’t like – they will be moved to "Applications you turned down" of the Dashboard

Go to shortlisted applicants

• Select those that you want to interview
• Choose available timeslots and send to multiple candidates
• Emails will be sent to you and candidate confirming the details of the interviews
