Assignment Details

Our Client, a multinational strategy and management consulting firm is looking to engage with a MEP Expert for a project.

Key Responsibilities
-Understand the Schedule: Master the General Contractor's Primavera P6 schedule to ensure alignment with project timelines and milestones.
-Monitor and Update: Regularly monitor schedules, identify critical activities, and update the project plan to reflect actual progress.
-Maintain Overall Schedule: Develop and maintain the overall project schedule, incorporating updates and changes as necessary.
-Detect Clashes: Identify scheduling clashes and highlight concerns related to sequencing and planned durations.
-Review Lookaheads: Closely review lookaheads for engineering, construction, and procurement activities to identify potential issues.
-Coordinate with Leads: Work with project leads to ensure that lookaheads accurately reflect the current project status.
-Track Progress: Use a tracking log to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project schedules.
-Material Oversight: Identify key materials needed on-site and track the procurement supply chain from fabrication to delivery.
-Gap Mitigation: Collaborate with the team to identify gaps in progress and suggest mitigation measures.
-Communicate with Stakeholders: Provide daily project updates to manage and inform stakeholders of evolving construction plans and progress.

Note:
Location: On site- Ahmedabad
Duration:5 months(extendable)
Capacity: Full time (3-5 days a week)

Skills Required

-Proficiency in creating and reviewing construction planning documents for optimal site management.
-Strong analytical skills to assess progress and identify gaps.
-Excellent project management skills, ability to demonstrate strong capability and expertise in Primavera, MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
