Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an experienced Partner Support Program Specialist with in-depth knowledge of Medium Voltage (MV) equipment such as air-insulated switchgear (AIS), package substations, and ring main units (RMU). This role involves providing technical and commercial support to partners, enhancing relationships, and ensuring the effective deployment of MV equipment in various projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to guide partners through product selection, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
● Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
partners, distributors, and integrators. Act as the key contact for technical and commercial queries regarding MV equipment.
● Technical Support: Provide expert technical support for MV equipment such as air-insulated switchgear, package substations, and ring main units. Assist partners with product selection, design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
● Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver product training sessions, webinars, and workshops to partners. Ensure partners are well-versed in the features, benefits, and applications of the company’s MV product portfolio.
● Pre-Sales Consultation: Collaborate with the sales team to assist partners with project design, tender responses, and product selection. Ensure that solutions meet customer needs and comply with industry standards.
● After-Sales Support: Provide hands-on post-sales technical assistance to partners for the commissioning, installation, and maintenance of MV equipment.
Address and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
● Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest innovations in MV technology and the company’s product offerings. Provide feedback to the product development team based on partner insights and market demands.
● Market Analysis and Feedback: Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the MV equipment space. Provide insights to enhance product development and partner strategies.
● Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, issue resolutions, and project outcomes. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all partner projects adhere to local and international standards, including safety regulations for MV equipment installation and operation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in working with medium voltage equipment,
including air-insulated switchgear, package substations, and ring main units.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of MV equipment design, installation, and maintenance. Hands-on experience in field support and troubleshooting.
- Partner Support Experience: Proven experience in partner or customer support, with a focus on providing technical guidance and building long-term relationships.
- Industry Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant standards such as IEC 62271 and other MV electrical safety and performance regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills for solving complex technical issues related to MV systems.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Project Management: Capable of managing multiple partner projects simultaneously, from pre-sales support to post-installation.
