Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an experienced Engineering Synergy Leader to lead the competence building of their PP International Hub for Breaker end-to-end development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of Breaker products, building market intelligence, and enhancing our engineering capabilities to ensure competitive and innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Competence Building: Lead the development of Breaker products within the PP
International Hub, focusing on end-to-end development and ensuring alignment with global standards and practices.
2. Market Intelligence: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the India
market for Breakers, identifying trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to drive product development strategies.
3. Low-Cost Design: Drive the development of low-cost design products for Breakers within the International Hub, ensuring alignment with market requirements and cost-effective solutions.
4. Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as League leaders and Marketing leaders, as well as external stakeholders, to
understand business requirements and develop various PoCs that demonstrate
innovative Breaker solutions.
5. Industry Networking: Strengthen the network within the industry to foster
collaboration, stay updated on industry trends, and identify potential partnerships to drive Breaker development initiatives.
6. Process Streamlining: Identify and implement tools and processes to streamline
engineering workflows, ensuring efficiency and quality in product development.
7. Infrastructure Enhancement: Work on enhancing laboratory infrastructure and
capabilities to support Breaker development activities, while also conducting
competition and benchmarking analysis to inform engineering strategies.
Skills Required
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in breaker product development and engineering leadership roles.
Strong understanding of market intelligence, low-cost design strategies, and PoC
development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, streamline processes, and enhance
engineering capabilities.
