Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is seeking an experienced Lab Technician to support Testing and repair activities of power electronic products.

Essential Functions:
• Support the Electrical Engineers for making Test set-up and product testing.
• Supporting rework/repair activities of the Assembled PCBs and UPS systems.
• Follow-up with Lab Supervisor for maintaining electrical and electronic components stock for internal use.
• Responsible for maintaining inward and outward documents of test samples for validation and Field returned units.
• Responsible for monitorting and maintaining calibration activities of all lab equipments
• Responsible for maintaining 5S in the lab Area.

Skills Required

. Diploma or ITI in Electrical or Electronics
• Good understanding of electrical and electronic components. • Knowledge of ESD
• Good understanding of BOM, BOM structure.
• Understanding of Schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Making kitting of components
. SMD/Through hole components Soldering & rework skills, Wiring, Testing & documentation.
• Knowledge of test equipments
• Knowledge of PC software and MS office packages
