Assignment Details

Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an Independent Customer Support Services Consultant who will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and expertise in resolving technical issues related to EOM (End-of-Manufacturing) and retrofitting across India. This role involves direct assistance to corporate customers, handling chronic issues, and ensuring effective execution of maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Issue Resolution for EOM and Retrofitting:
Address and resolve issues related to EOM and retrofitting activities managed by DZ EOMs across India.
Support for Key and Corporate Customers:
Provide dedicated support to key and corporate clients across India to resolve chronic technical issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Remote Assistance for Complaint Handling:
Offer on-call support from India to ESP International Sales teams for handling complaints and troubleshooting.
Maintenance and Supervision:
Supervise the execution of maintenance contracts and R&M (Repair & Maintenance) jobs for key customers in the SZ region, with reporting to AV.

Skills Required

Proven experience in customer support, ideally within technical or engineering sectors.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage chronic issue resolution.
Effective communication skills for remote support and customer interaction.
Experience with maintenance contract execution and supervision is preferred.
