Our client a leading FMCG brand is seeking a motivated Junior R&D Engineer with a background in Chemical Engineering. Some Key Responsibilities are listed below

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and laboratory experiments to support new product development and process improvements.
Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of pilot-scale and production-scale trials.
Collect, interpret, and document data from experiments, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and marketing to develop and refine chemical formulations and processes.
Support troubleshooting efforts for technical challenges in product development and manufacturing.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to the field.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation of research findings.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines in all R&D activities.

Skills Required

Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in research & development, process engineering, or related fields (internships included).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of chemical processes, formulation science, and material properties.
Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and experimental techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis and documentation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
