Assignment Details

Our client is an financial services firm and are looking for a Technical Expert - Semi Conductor Industry who can help in technical evaluation of the project. The broad scope of work for technical evaluation is mentioned below:

 

  1. Chiplet technology review
  2. System and packaging requirements
  3. Functional safety & reliability standards
  4. System infrastructure & prototyping
  5. Investment plan and cost estimates (capex and opex)
  6. Risk and mitigation analysis

 

Skills Required

 - Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (design, process, fabrication, assembly, testing).
- Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor devices, including MOSFETs, IGBTs, power diodes, and integrated circuits.

- Experience in semiconductor fabrication processes, including lithography, etching, doping, and deposition.
