Project Product
o Assessment of product portfolio proposed as part of the project (technical and market
reasonableness)
Project Utility
o Infrastructure assessment in terms of land, buildings, utilities (power, water), etc.
o Assessment of Manpower requirement
Project Site
o Assessment of Project Site in terms of
Project location
Connectivity (suppliers, customers, etc.)
Accessibility (rail, road, etc.)
Others
o Assessment of Quality control measures adopted including Testing lab arrangement etc.
o Assessment of Repairs and maintenance plan
o Assessment of Project Implementation Schedule
Project Approvals
o Assessment of Statutory and regulatory approvals required
Project SWOT Analysis
Project Risk and Mitigation Analysis
Project Benchmark
o Assessment of all of the above factors against corresponding industry benchmark, as
appropriate
Skills Required
• Strong technical skills and the ability to identify risks and opportunities within technical documentation
• Experience with site visits, site inspections and technical discussions, relating to points such as asset integrity, operational performance, management systems or business plans.
• Demonstrates excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, self-sufficiency and the ability to work successfully in a fast turnaround team environment.
• Must be able to promote and execute quality work, and ensure high standards are being achieved by yourself and the team.
