Assignment Details

Our Client is a leading management consulting firm and is looking for a Agro-chemical tolling Expert. 

 

Key Deliverables

  • Review and optimize existing tolling agreements to maximize profitability and minimize risks.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential tolling partners to identify the most suitable ones.
  • Analyze current tolling operations and develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement robust risk management strategies.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
