Assignment Details

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in MIS reporting, data analysis, and operations within the FMCG and eCommerce sectors. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, experience with larger datasets, and a solid understanding of supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and optimize logistics reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
2. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
3. Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain processes.
4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and supply chain activities.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and address any logistics-related issues.
6. Utilize analytical tools to forecast trends and identify potential challenges within the logistics and supply chain.

Skills Required

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Data Handling: Proven experience working with large datasets.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in FMCG and eCommerce sectors is required.
- Supply Chain Experience: Demonstrated experience in operations and supply chain management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present findings effectively.
