Assignment Details

Our Client a Leading FMCG organisation is looking to engage with a Procurement sourcing specialist for a project.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support Procurement Manager in data compiling, contract negotiation, manage the renewal process for all existing contracts and agreements regularly.
- Assist with new vendor onboarding and extension processes.
- Monitor USQS compliance with all active contracts, track with vendor audit plan for result reflection
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, Interact with suppliers on a day to day basis, ensure invoices are sent to accounts for payments & follow up.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, produce and maintain reports to manage any procurement activities - Maintain up-to-date files for all active vendors, saving, service.
- Work on NPD project - Benchmark key material vs market and cross cluster - Perform other duties as assigned.
