Assignment Details

Our client, a leading chain of hospitals, is looking for an independent consultant who can deliver the following responsibilities:
1. Domain Skill sets
- Procurement and Supply Chain process (logistics process is added advantage, not a must.)
- MIS Reporting and Realtime Dashboards preparation for key business stakeholders
- Process / Workflow Integration experience with upstream and downstream systems
- Vendor Managed Inventory Processes and Systems incl. vendor portals
- Master Data Management Process and System tools
- Audit / Quality control requirement implementation experience in systems and work processes.
2. Business Process and System Process Analysis
- Understand the business policies / processes and map the same as system requirement
- Evolution of a good; user friendly system for end user usage
- Evolve system requirements for newer Accounting Standards and statutes in force
- Evolve system requirements with adequate internal controls
- Evolve system requirements with adequate audit trails
- Understand clinical and medical processes.
3. User Training
- Overall training plan
- Process documentation
- Train the trainer
- Evolve quarterly plans by unit and train teams and trainer on various modules
4. Software Testing
- Functional Testing of the system with relevant documentation
- Functional Testing of Fixes and Patch releases
5. Project Implementation
- Execute Implementation Projects for New Projects, Upgrades and Migration Projects
- Develop Project Plan and Resource Matrix
- Project Monitoring and Reporting
- Project Risk Analysis and develop mitigation plans
- Relationship with Project Stakeholders and customers
6. Assessment:
- Software usage as per process and system functionality
- Forms usage as per policy
7. Team management:
- Manage in-house BA teams and accountable for their performances
- Manage L2 support team with respect to ERP Application
8. Key result Areas:
- Effective and timely project implementation
- Trouble free Basic Clinical, Accounting / Inventory systems modules
- New System Requirements
- Training Efficiency and Documentation
- Process improvement through systems
- Maintenance of implementation documentation (Before Audit)
- Team retention and management

9.Others :
- Analyses and appraises adherences to organizational policies, procedures and standards to ensure effectiveness of departments.
- Implements progressive policies to ensure high employee morale
- Ensures that prompt, courteous, efficient and personalized service is provided to all customers, in order to maximize satisfaction.

Skills Required

- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or similar, or the equivalent combination of education, training
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience with active participation in Supply Chain ERP products
- Experience in Supply chain and martial management
- Experience in SQL Query and simple report writing
- Must possess highest standards of ethics
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have an uncompromising attitude towards quality
- Must have onsite implementation experience, preferably active participate in project management
- Duration of the project is 2 years an extendable, basis the performance
- The role involves some travel
