Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an Independent Procurement/ Supply Chain Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Source to Contract Management: Oversee the entire procurement process from sourcing to contract finalization, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
RFQ Creation: Develop and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
Contract Creation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring alignment with business requirements and legal standards.
Supply Chain Support: Provide foundational support in supply chain operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods and services.
BR Management: Handle Business Requirement (BR) management, ensuring alignment between procurement activities and business needs.
e-RA Animation: Facilitate electronic Reverse Auctions (e-RA), optimizing procurement processes and achieving cost savings.
Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or IT).
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, procurement processes, and contract management.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in procurement tools and software, with experience in e-RA animation being an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
