Our client is an American multinational confectionery is looking for a Project Management Officer who can support them with the following
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Manage top priority projects across AMEA along with AMEA TA Leader, ensuring successful execution and completion within defined timelines and budgets.
2. Collaborate with AMEA TA teams to drive project success.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management.
4. Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
5. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues and challenges as they arise.
6. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders ensuring effective communication
7. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project management culture within the organization.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and project management methodologies to continuously improve project delivery.
Skills Required
- Minimum 10+ years of experience within a multinational business environment
- Proven track record in successfully managing complex projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
