Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is looking to engage with a Consultant: Advertising Production Team Assistant for a 1-year-long onsite project (based out of Mumbai). 

Key Responsibilities: 

-Auditing and verifying cost relating to production activity spend
-Monthly reporting of advertising production spends activities using internal tools and systems
-Collaborate with AdPro Producers, finance teams and cross functional teams
-Manage direct negotiations with third party partners on threshold jobs
-Support reporting team and assist with monthly reporting and analysis with other business units
including finance and auditing
-Supporting third party suppliers’ payment related queries
-Approving animatics and other rate card production costs
-Support brands & creative agencies for internal tool workflow processes
-Maintain supplier roster
-Provide team assistant approval support for threshold spend costs and processing
-Support and cascade to brand team and agencies on internal tool process

 

Note: 1 year onsite in Mumbai, with full-time capacity. 



 

Skills Required

-Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas like VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP, PivotTables for data analysis, and data visualization techniques to create clear and concise reports
-Strong financial and numerical acumen
-Excellent communication skills
-Comfortable with utilising Data and Analytics and identifying data trends through data interpretation.
-Self-motivated, problem solver with a desire to simplify processes and drive improvements
-Basic understanding of advertising production and sprint cycles.
-Someone with a positive and a can-do attitude
-Excellent organisation skills and detail-oriented
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
-Self-motivated, problem solver with a desire to simplify processes and drive improvements.
-Comfortable with utilising Data and Analytics and identifying data trends through data interpretation.
-Tech savvy high competency level of Microsoft Suite – Word, Outlook, Excel and able to adapt to new systems
-Ability to manage a high workload and deliver against demanding timelines
