Assignment Details

Our client, a leading large format managed office space provider is looking to engage with a Data Analytics firm to conduct a detailed analysis of their spending patterns and processes. The primary objective is to identify anomalies, potential fraudulent activities, and inefficiencies in their spending processes. This engagement will focus on leveraging forensic analysis and fraud analytics methodologies to ensure transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify irregularities, inconsistencies, or patterns indicative of potential fraud or inefficiencies.
  • Use forensic methodologies to analyze financial transactions for discrepancies or fraud.
  • Develop predictive models to detect and prevent potential fraudulent activities.
  • Deliver detailed reports highlighting findings, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Propose data-driven strategies to optimize spending and mitigate risks.
  • A roadmap for implementing data-driven solutions to prevent future issues.

Skills Required

  • Proven expertise in data analytics with a focus on forensic and fraud analytics.
  • Experience in analyzing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for financial data.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and mitigating financial irregularities in previous projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAS, Python, R) and techniques.
  • Strong track record in forensic accounting or fraud detection services.
