Assignment Details

Our client, a Global consulting for Philanthropy and Nonprofits is looking to engage with a strategy consultant.

Responsibilities
● Independently plan and manage work modules that address core strategic issues for clients
● Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
● Gather data through interviews and secondary research
● Generate creative, action-oriented insights and recommendations
● Facilitate joint problem-solving sessions with mid-level and senior-level clients
● Write and deliver high-impact presentations and plans
● Contribute to Bridgespan’s knowledge capture, creation and dissemination
● Supervise and mentorship junior members of the team
● Play an active role in firm and culture building (e.g., recruitment, training, team-building events)

Skills Required

● 4-6 years of professional experience, preferably at least 2 years in strategy consulting.
● Strong education background, preferably a postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA, MPA, MPP)
● Demonstrated passion and commitment to working in the social sector and on society’s most important challenges
● Excellent analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and a keen business sense demonstrated in a professional
environment
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication with fluency in English language
● Ability to simultaneously manage multiple moving parts (e.g., work planning, time management, management of
stakeholder expectations)
● Ability to build client relationships, work effectively in a team environment, and facilitate joint problem solving
● Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to assist in building our growing office
