About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant with a strong educational and professional background to work on policy review and analysis. The consultant will collaborate closely with top consulting firms, as well as government agencies. The consultant should have a keen eye for identifying loopholes in policies and regulations, offering strategic recommendations for improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth reviews of government policies and legal frameworks.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies in policies.
Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen legal and policy frameworks.
Collaborate with teams and other consulting firms.
Work closely with government bodies for policy enhancement.
Conduct research and analysis on public policy, legal reforms, and economic regulations.
Prepare reports, whitepapers, and policy briefs.
Travel to priority states as needed

Skills Required

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Economics, or a related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution.

Strong experience in strategy, public policy, law, or consulting, preferably working with government bodies or top consulting firms (MBB – McKinsey, Bain, BCG).

Expertise in policy analysis, strategic planning, and regulatory frameworks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills.

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
