Assignment Details

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 10+ years of experience in customer insights and surveys. This role focuses on engaging clients, synthesizing findings, and developing actionable strategies to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Strategic Surveys: Design and execute internal and external surveys to assess customer needs and market trends, aligning findings with business objectives.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with cross-functional teams and external clients to gather insights and foster collaboration in strategic initiatives.
3. Data Analysis & Synthesis: Analyze survey data and synthesize insights into strategic recommendations that inform key business decisions.
4. Actionable Strategies: Translate findings into clear, actionable strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and business growth.
5. Influence Leadership: Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior management, influencing decision-making and prioritization of initiatives based on customer feedback.
6. Collaboration with Strategy Teams: Work closely with strategy teams to integrate customer insights into broader business strategies and initiatives.
7. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports that summarize survey findings and strategic recommendations, ensuring accessibility for all stakeholders.

This role is a remote position, however, we are looking for candidates based out of Bangalore, as travel may be required at times. The initial contract is set for a tentative duration of 3 months, with the possibility of adjustment based on mutual agreement between the consultant and client.

Skills Required

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in customer insights, survey design, and organizational engagement.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences, including senior management and entry-level staff.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a wide range of individuals and teams within the organization.
- Independent Working Style: Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative in reaching out to stakeholders.
