One of our prominent clients is looking for a PMO role:

 

Below are the key requirement for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support & Analysis:

  • Conduct key analyses and provide insights to aid decision-making.
  • Assist in research, data gathering, and presentation preparation.

Project Coordination & Follow-ups:

  • Act as a central coordination point for various initiatives and projects.
  • Track progress on strategic priorities and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Follow up with senior employees on agreed tasks and outputs.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Build strong relationships with senior executives, leadership teams, and external partners.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and leadership.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Administrative Excellence:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft reports, summaries, and executive correspondence.

Skills Required

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in a professional organization or a background in consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to undertake key analyses independently.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute projects effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
