Assignment Details

Our client, an early stage aviation startup, is looking to engage with a Business Strategy consultant who will help in building a roadmap/ business plan including the strategy and financial projections to attract the investors. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Fleet Requirement Analysis: Determine the number of aircraft needed for launch and scalability.
  • Market Demand & Launch Feasibility: Assess the demand in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Tier-2 cities.
  • Investment Estimation: Calculate the required funding for initial setup, operations, and expansion.
  • Revenue Model & Profitability Analysis: Outline pricing, revenue streams, and ROI projections.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Check: Identify aviation regulations in India for E-Air Taxis.
  • Operational Challenges: Identify infrastructure and technological requirements for seamless operations.

Skills Required

Skills required:

  • Expertise in financial modeling, investment planning, and P&L management for large-scale mobility projects.
  • Proven track record in leading multi-stakeholder projects, working with airport authorities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in feasibility studies, market demand assessment, and commercial launch planning for innovative transport solutions.
  • Familiarity with electric aviation technology, charging infrastructure, air traffic management, and integration with existing transport systems.
