Assignment Details

- Part of growth strategy team and will have to undertake assignments related to operational excellence, sales improvement, cost reduction, market assessment and productivity improvement.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player. Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic and multidisciplinary environment and lead projects across cross-functional teams.
- Handling multiple projects
- Experience of working with CXO level with good professional networking skills
- Demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work.
- Understand and assess engagement situation through detailed understanding of the client’s business situation, market factors, growth aspirations and profitability targets.
- Well-rounded core consulting skills – communication, presentation, problem solving, negotiation, and attention to detail.
- Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts and business acumen.
- Analyze current systems, processes, behaviors, technology, and work with multiple levels of our client’s management teams to effect improvements.
- On-site assessment of client’s functional processes and arrive at agreements with client stakeholders based on detailed logical findings. Provide technical advice, working with clients and partners to provide digital solutions that transform business

- Create a robust business case for potential improvement areas in line with the engagement objectives.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and exposure to productivity tools like Power BI shall be an advantage.
- Sharp focus on quality delivery and tangible outcome on projects.
- Ability to develop/ customize solutions relevant to client.
- Ability to thrive in relatively unstructured situations, maturity, and handle pressure.
- High initiative, drive, positive attitude, and commitment.
- Willingness to travel 70-80% in a month and flexibility to adopt to a demanding lifestyle
- Ensure compliance to the firm’s standards, processes, and policies

Skills Required

- Engineer plus MBA (operations) (top tier B-School) Mandatory
- 11-15 years of overall experience. 5+ years prior experience in a professional consultancy firm is Mandatory.
- Experience in more than one sphere of Operational excellence, Manufacturing excellence, Sales Transformation, Procurement Transformation, Human Capital Transformation engagements in Large Manufacturing organizations of 6 months plus duration. Industry work experience in manufacturing companies is required.
- Industry experience: Core Manufacturing, FMCG/Consumer durables, Industrial Products, Heavy Engineering, Construction etc
- Functional experience: Core Operations, Maintenance, Production, Sourcing & Procurement, Cost Reduction & Operational Excellence, Strategy consulting, Supply chain transformation, Organization design and re-structuring, Sales & marketing performance improvement, & Digital transformation
- Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms or corporate strategy
