Assignment Details

Our client is a private investment company and they are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Metals Recycling Consultant to provide expert guidance on investment opportunities within the metals recycling sector. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate the recycling industry, focusing on metals such as Copper, Aluminum, Lead, and Zinc.
  • Assess the viability and potential returns of various investment assets related to the recycling sector.
  • Leverage extensive experience in the recycling industry to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
  • Develop comprehensive investment strategies based on market research and data analysis.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations for optimizing investment portfolios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful execution of recycling projects and investments.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of recycling initiatives and related assets.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and technological advancements in recycling.

     

Skills Required

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field. Advanced degree.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the metals recycling industry.
  3. Investment Assessment: Techno commercially evaluate potential investments in metals recycling assets, including facilities, technologies, and processes.
  4. Risk Assessment: Identify and analyze risks associated with investments in the metals recycling sector, providing mitigation strategies.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial information to inform investment decisions.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse stakeholders. 
  7. Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
