Assignment Details

Our client, a leading conglomerate, is looking for an independent consultant who can deliver the following responsibilities : 

 

Key Focus Areas

1. Program Management: Oversee partnerships with SeamEx, FFE, and the OE/HR
Community to ensure smooth program execution.

2. Outreach: Strengthen connections with students and alumni to build a vibrant
AWOO community, through systematic engagement, mentoring and community
building.

3. Brand Building: Drive external brand recognition for AWOO.

4. Donor Relations: Enhance the donor experience and maintain strong connections.

5. Fundraising:
o Phase 1: Execute the Give Back Campaign.
o Phase 2: Secure funding from ABG and non-ABG CSR sources.

6. Volunteer & Partner Network: Expand and fortify the network of SPOCs and
volunteers beyond the Give Back Campaign.

 

Accountabilities

  • Fundraising & Campaigns: Design and execute goal-based campaigns for
    employees and external donors.
  •  Stakeholder Relations: Maintain and nurture relationships with corporate donors
    and regularly update them on program progress.
  • Community Engagement: Strengthen ties with scholars and alumni, fostering a
    sense of community. Identify and implement value adding programs beyond financial support
  • Digital Presence: Oversee the AWOO website to keep it updated and engaging.
  • Compliance & Partnerships: Ensure NGO partners meet service expectations for
    student sourcing and engagement.
  • Reporting: Present periodic updates to the Board of Trustees and other
    stakeholders.
  • Branding: Lead internal/external campaigns and the development of campaign
    materials.
  • Selection Support: Assist in shortlisting and presenting students to the AWOO
    Advisory Committee.
