Deliverables:

- Help us size the market. By offering cuts (a) solution wise (fuel optimization, uptime improvement, video telematics, OBD sensors etc.), b) customer segment cuts (for transportation, transportation, mining and construction space), c) by hardware and services splits and d) different markets etc.

- What are the trends for next 5 years. What new opportunities may pick up quickly or emerge? Size these by the offering and market along with rationale for growth.
What makes more sense- developing own IoT hardware or use the existing IoT hardware and build analytics and software stack?

- What are the applications in adjacent industry given we have developed the above solutions (fuel optimization, uptime improvement, video telematics, OBD sensors for transportation, mining and construction space)?

- What are top 5 offering in top 5 markets given what we have and the adjacencies in next 2-5 years?

- Should we expand our offerings in India (build adjacencies like IIoT etc.) or expand globally with the same offerings? What would it take in terms of effort, manpower cost etc.? share any relevant examples/ learnings form the companies who succeeded or failed in this from this space.

- In logistics SaaS, what are the opportunities (by size and geography) in addition to freight?

- What could be the opportunity size with OEMs? Should it be prioritized? What could it take?

- What be the model to sell- right now, we sell directly to fleets. Should we sell to SIs only or should we have a hybrid strategy (SIs+ end customers)? Should this be different for India and RoW? Share the rationale and opportunity size to support this.
What are the desired capabilities which should be developed within Taabi to do well?

- Prepare the long term Business Case for the suggested strategy.

Skills Required

- Having working experience in similar industry either as a consultant or as working professional with detailed understanding of P&L, business, different markets in companies similar to Taabi’s business (Taabi is an IoT powered logistics SaaS Company which has solutions related to fuel optimization, uptime improvement, safety solutions through various IoT sensors like Fuel sensors, AI enabled ADAS cameras, OBD sensors etc. for customers operating in transportation, mining and construction space)

- Ideal- Worked/knowhow of business model, strategy, P&L of Global companies in similar space like Uptake, Samsara, Wialon, Geotab etc.

- Good at problem-solving

- Strong at first principles thinking.
