Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an Independent Tableau Expert to join the team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau and a proven track record of creating engaging, data-driven dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations based on business requirements
-Understand business requirements to create data models that transform raw data from multiple sources into relevant insights.
-Study primary and secondary data across SAP and other sources to provide insights on market penetration, saturation, product performance, and go-to-market strategies.
-Use Power BI/Tableau to create dashboards and interactive visual reports according to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, average sales, phasing, inventory, and sell-out.
-Identify and understand the most important business metrics. Build relationships, comparisons, and causations between these metrics to aid in business decision-making.
-Develop relationships between data sets and create tabular and multidimensional data models across customer groups, geography, and users.
-Create customized charts and calculations based on cross-functional requirements.
-Build and maintain a comprehensive database of primary and secondary sales data. Collaborate with Sales, BI, and Channel teams to validate and ensure data accuracy.
-Work with users and team members at all levels to suggest and implement performance improvements.

Location: Bangalore
Work Schedule: 3 days per week (in-office)

Skills Required

-Comprehensive knowledge of Data Design, Data Modelling, Data Management, and Data Visualization.
-Strong Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
-Understanding of business operations (Retail industry experience is a plus)
-Strong proficiency in Tableau, with experience in creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
-Experience with integrating Tableau with other data sources and tools
-Deep business knowledge and strong Visualization skills.
-Self-motivated and high on energy.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
