Assignment Details

Our client is a leading Global Software Company and are looking to engage with a Consultant- Reinsurance Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Develop a strategic framework for reinsurance solutions.


2. Assess market trends, underwriting risks, and regulatory requirements.


3. Advise on risk transfer mechanisms and capital management strategies.


4. Provide insights on reinsurance pricing, treaty structures, and coverage options.


5. Identify key industry players, partnerships, and business opportunities.


6. Assist in the preparation of a structured business plan document.


7. Offer guidance on compliance, governance, and operational best practices.

Skills Required

  • Experience in reinsurance, risk management, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of reinsurance contracts, risk modelling, and actuarial analysis.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance within the insurance sector.
  • Proven track record of developing reinsurance strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and advisory skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
