Assignment Details

Key responsibilities:

o As an SRM Consultant, develops a firm understanding of the essential business requirements 
through interaction with SRM Team and business leadership and translates that understanding 
into insights to help business drive incremental growth 
 

o Should have experience preferably in FMCG company in below domains– 
    • Strategic Pricing- Portfolio Pricing and Price Pack Architecture- Price Pack       Architecture/Pricing optimiser/Pricing Stimulator 
    • Trade Promotion Effectiveness -Promo Effectiveness Stimulator/Promotion Optimiser 
    • Trade Terms Management- Trade Terms Stimulator 
    • Customer Performance/ Customer Profitability 


o Provides insights and recommendations from different data sources to senior stakeholders to 
help make decisions that drive better business outcomes.
 

o Confidently use developed visual tools to generate/build insights to present to Senior 
Leadership. 

Skills Required

Skills required:

•  A degree in accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred 
•  Prior FMCG advisory experience (in-house or with consulting firm) with a total of atleast 3-    5 yrs of experience.

•  Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability 
• Self-motivated and passionate leaders with a strong vision and desire to stay on the cutting 
   edge of data technology and science. 
• A self-starter, independent-thinker, curious and creative person with ambition and passion 
• Excellent inter-personal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills 
• Customer focused 
• Positive and constructive minded 
• Takes the lead and makes decisions in critical times and tough circumstances 
• Attention to detail
