Assignment Details

The leadership team of a government-run hospital is keen to showcase good governance and best practices based on past initiatives that can be shared with other similar institutions. They are keen to develop a report that will contain a compendium of past patient and resident doctor related initiatives that were implemented at the hospital. There are existing presentations of past initiatives documented by clinical doctors which need to be crafted as best practices and presented in a visually appealing manner.

Deliverables:

- Review the existing presentations on each initiative as well as conduct in-person meetings with doctors that led the initiatives to understand the details, sharpen the messaging and visual presentation
- Convert all the various initiatives into a compendium of best practices
- Create a visually appealing report that can be circulated across relevant stakeholders including other medical institutions and organisation.

Note :- This project duration is for 6- 8 weeks.

Skills Required

- Strong project managements and communication skills
- Strong visual presentation skills
- Experience of dealing with varied and senior stakeholder
- Able to translate complex information into a easy to grasp narrative and visual format
