Assignment Details

Our client, a global professional services firm is looking for a Senior Consultant – Real Estate Project Delivery & Implementation.


Key Responsibilities:
 

  1. Project Leadership: Oversee and drive the execution of large real estate projects, ensuring the successful implementation of transformation processes developed by the consultancy.
  2. CAPEX Management: Manage and deliver large-scale capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, specifically related to real estate development, with a focus on construction oversight and cost management.
  3. Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization, planning, and execution, to handover and post-delivery support.
  4. Construction Oversight: Provide strong leadership in managing construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are adhered to.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, senior leadership, and the client to ensure the adoption of new processes, addressing any roadblocks and ensuring smooth project execution.
  6. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify issues during project execution and provide solutions to ensure smooth project delivery.
  7. PMO Leadership: Establish and maintain a strong PMO (Project Management Office) to ensure efficient coordination, reporting, and governance across multiple projects.
  8. Change Adoption: Drive the adoption of new processes and systems within the client’s organization to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.

Skills Required

Qualifications and Experience:
 

  1. Experience: 15+ years of experience in real estate project management, with a strong focus on CAPEX, construction oversight, and project delivery.
  2. Real Estate Expertise: Significant experience working on large real estate projects, including overseeing construction, managing project lifecycles, and delivering on time and within budget.
  3. Leadership Role: Experience at a Director/Senior Director or Associate Partner level, leading teams and managing large, complex projects in real estate development.
  4. CAPEX Expertise: Proven experience in handling capital expenditure (CAPEX) for large-scale real estate developments.
  5. Strategy & Transformation: Prior experience in driving strategy, implementing process changes, and ensuring adoption of transformation initiatives within an organization.
  6. Client Engagement: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Project Delivery & Troubleshooting: Expertise in real estate project planning, delivery, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth handovers and completion.
  8. Flexibility: Open to traveling and being onsite at the client’s location as needed.
