Assignment Details

Our Client are looking to engage with a PMO- Strategy implementation expert having experience in the healthcare and the life sciences domains.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

Strategy Execution & Business Growth 
• Develop and implement a structured strategy execution framework aligned with companies growth objectives. 
• Establish and professionalize a Management Information System (MIS) for strategy to 
support decision-making. 
• Identify, evaluate, and implement strategic growth opportunities, both organic and inorganic. 


Stakeholder & Partnership Management 
• Engage with founder-owners of diagnostic labs, medical insurance clients, technology 
vendors, and business partners to drive partnerships and market expansion. 
• Lead negotiations with key stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms. 
• Develop industry collaborations that strengthen competitive advantage. 


Technology & Market Innovation 
• Identify emerging trends in AI, analytics, and automation in healthcare and assess their 
business impact.                                                                 
• Provide market intelligence on future value drivers, ensuring company stays ahead of 
industry shifts. 


Governance & Risk Management 
• Facilitate structured decision-making processes among companies leadership and second line management. 
• Identify, assess, and mitigate business risks that could impact growth or market position. 


Fundraising & Investment Readiness 
• Develop investment materials, including business decks and financial models, to support fundraising efforts. 
• Work with leadership to position the product as a high-growth investment opportunity.

 

 

NOTE-

Duration-12 Months

Location-Bangalore- Hybrid/Remote

Capacity- Part Time, Maximum 12 hours a Month

Skills Required

•Strategic Execution – Ability to translate strategy into operational plans with measurable outcomes. 
• Business Acumen – Strong understanding of revenue models, competitive strategy, and healthcare market dynamics. 
• Negotiation & Stakeholder Management – Experience dealing with founder-owners of  diagnostic labs, investors, and insurance clients. 
• AI & Analytics in Healthcare – Knowledge of AI-driven healthcare applications, analytics, and 
automation. 
• Governance & Decision-Making – Ability to establish governance frameworks and facilitate structured leadership decision-making. 
• Risk Management – Expertise in identifying and mitigating risks that impact business scalability. 
• Investor Relations & Fundraising – Ability to prepare and present compelling investment materials. 
• Communication & Leadership – Strong ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders across levels.
