Assignment Details

Our Client , who operates in the in-space logistics sector, providing orbital servicing and transportation solutions and is looking to engage with a Consultant Due Diligence.

Key Responsibilties:
1-Investment Pitch Deck Refinement
2-Due Diligence Review
3-Industry Analysis
4-Documentation and Reporting
5-Support investor relations by preparing Q&A documents and briefing materials.
6-to assist in refining its investment 
pitch deck and conducting a due diligence review before engaging with potential investors. 
 

Skills Required

1-Strong understanding of the aeronautics, space, defence, and ports sectors.

2-Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market dynamics.

3-Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and pitch deck creation.

4-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5-High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
