Assignment Details

A Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Consultant typically focuses on helping brands establish and optimize their direct sales channels. Here’s a general overview of the responsibilities and for a
D2C Consultant:


Scope of Work:
 

  • D2C Operations                                                                                                        Part of D2C Ops team & manage end to end customer (D2C Seller) relationship
     Work with internal stakeholders (D2C Business, Finance, Tech, Supply Chain, Legal etc,)
     Monitor and ensure Fulfilment SLAs are being followed by external vendors
     
  • E-commerce Management:                                                                                   Oversee the setup and management of e-commerce platforms.
     Day to day stock management, technology enablement, warehouse supervisions etc
     Bring efficiency in D2C fulfilment Ops and execute warehouse expansion plan
  • Performance Analysis:                                                                                              Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of D2C initiatives.
     Accountable for all Fulfilment KPIs - Warehousing operations, last mile delivery 
  • Collaboration:                                                                                                          Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and customer
    service, to ensure seamless operations.
     Liaise with external partners and vendors to enhance D2C capabilities.

Skills Required

Skills required:- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in D2C or e-commerce roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and e-commerce software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
