Assignment Details

Our Client an Indian Multinational Pharmaceutical organization is looking for a Backend Support Consultant. Some key responsibilities are listed below - 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate contracts, forms, and invoices within Medical Affairs in accordance with Sun policies
  • Submit all materials being reviewed into electronic contract and payment management systems
  • Coordinate and facilitate the contracting process flow between internal teams
  • Accurately document any requested changes and/or edits to relevant materials by the reviewers and distribute to the originators for verification
  • Work with the relevant Sun colleague to ensure changes requested by the reviewer(s) are completed
  • Assist with the preparation of contracts and forms.
  • Oversee, track, and manage the processes and provide updates to key stakeholders

 

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years of related office experience (pharma industry preferred).
  • Strong data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic document and contract management systems (e.g., ICERTIS, DocuSign).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently within cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
