Assignment Details

Our client, a non-profit technology organization, is looking to engage with a Virtual Administrative Assistant -
Work involves:
Help with migration, setup and clean up of Zoho records post migration and to help set up mailing lists and assist with newsletters etc.

Capacity: Part time
Nature of Work: Remote

Skills Required

1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
2. Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
3. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
4. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
5. Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
6 . Excellent time management skills
7. Solid organizational skills
