Our client, a leading multinational strategy and management consulting firm is seeking to engage with a Consumer Operations Expert.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Problem Solving:
- Analyze operational data to uncover inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to address these issues and meet business objectives.
2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Engage with CXOs and key stakeholders across departments to align on cost transformation goals.
- Share insights and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
3. Performance Monitoring:
- Track the progress of cost-saving measures and assess their impact on the organization.
- Adjust strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met.
4. Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, detailing progress, challenges, and successes.
- Provide actionable recommendations to drive further improvements.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote continuous improvement and innovation in cost management practices.
Skills Required
Preferred Qualifications:
1. MBA or Engineering degree with a strong analytical focus.
2. Experience in cost/throughout improvement projects, particularly within the FMCG or manufacturing industries.
3. Experience working in companies like Nestle, HUL, Parle, ITC, Britannia, Mother Dairy, Pepsi, Dabur, GSK, or Marico is preferred.
