Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Project Manager to lead and drive the execution of a key transformation initiative. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage project milestones, and ensure seamless piloting and deployment of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Develop a comprehensive project plan with critical milestones and ensure timely execution.
Meeting Preparation & Adherence: Prepare for various meetings, track key milestones, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, including Global Services Leadership, Business from various geographies, HR Analytics, AI Team, and others, to drive program success.
Risk Management: Identify bottlenecks and risks proactively and escalate critical issues to leadership for timely resolution.

Skills Required

Proven experience in managing complex projects with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, for effective communication and reporting.
Business background preferred.
Experience in services-related projects is highly desirable.
