Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a Senior Consultant – Process Evaluation to assess and optimize our SX-EW (Solvent Extraction – Electrowinning) processes. The consultant will evaluate current operations, analyze data, and provide insights to enhance metal recovery, process efficiency, and energy consumption.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Evaluation: Assess existing SX-EW processes and recommend improvements.
Data Analysis: Collaborate with the Machine Learning (ML) team to interpret data and provide process insights.
Parameter Optimization:
Adjust pH levels in extraction and stripping stages for improved metal recovery.
Optimize flow rates of solvents and electrolytes to enhance efficiency.
Solvent Selection & Optimization:
Analyze different solvents/extractants and suggest improvements for better metal separation and recovery.
Assess optimal temperature and current conditions to improve reaction kinetics and energy efficiency.

Skills Required

Proven experience in SX-EW process evaluation and optimization.
Strong expertise in data analysis and process improvement.
Knowledge of metal extraction, solvent selection, and electrowinning techniques.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including ML specialists.
