Our client, a leading global investment firm is looking to engage with a Consultant to help them design and implement an end-to-end salesforce excellence program. The expectation is for someone who will work closely with senior management and the sales team on the ground to get the new frameworks designed and implemented with the results starting to be seen.
Key responsibilities: (phase-wise plan):
* Reviewing and helping design the optimal team structure and determining the right resource planning levels - to look at teams that target different levels of accounts and cities (metros, tier 1 etc)
* Helping the team with target setting based on past performance as well as potential of a city and channel
* Helping devise the right incentive structures for the sales team to incentivize performance - including defining the right input metrics
* Supporting the team with enabling pieces like beat planning/hospital coverage plans, distributor management and other key enabling pillars needed to make this work
* Defining the right data collection mechanism
* Putting a strong review and governance framework in place and refining based on early results.
Duration- 6 months (extendable)

-Relevant years of experience with technical implementations
- Design and implement an end-to-end salesforce excellence program
-Advanced experience with Salesforce configurations
-Background in CRM process design and implementation
-Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools
-Strong presentation and communication skills
