Assignment Details

Our client, a leading consulting company, is looking for an independent consultant who can deliver the following responsibilities : 

 

  • Inspect products: Use machines, sensors, and algorithms to inspect products for defects 

 

  • Maintain quality standards: Ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations 

 

  • Improve processes: Use data to identify and fix problems in the production process 

 

  • Increase efficiency: Use automation to increase output while maintaining quality standards

Skills Required

Experience

  1. At least 5-10 years of experience in the Pharma Industry with specific focus on automating QC lab use cases
  2. Well-versed with CFR compliance and GMP compliance
  3. Experience of automating core testing activities like sample preparation, testing, release and distributed QC (real time testing)
  4. Has led digitizing lab management activities and is well versed with applications of AI/ML and LLMs
  5. Experience of working in large project teams

 

Skills Required

  1. Ability to work on-ground (in plants) with multiple stakeholders
  2. Competence in managing large teams
  3. Active Project Management
  4. Aptitude to ramp-up / learn new concepts and apply them (e.g., digital / analytics in operations and quality)

 

Addl. skills preferred

  1. Ability to conduct feasibility checks on automation use cases
  2. Experience with integrating AI bases systems into quality processes
  3. Experience in Internal Audits, Compliance Audits
