Assignment Details

Our client is a global management consultancy for transformation, innovation across all industries, and performance improvement and are looking for a expert who has experience in Hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities :-
- Managing the healthcare facility’s policies and procedures, ensuring that best practices are followed, and resolving cases where the facility is out of compliance
- Monitor and evaluate hospital performance metrics.
- Develop and implement staff training programs.
- Ensure effective communication across all departments.

The consultant should have worked or have good understanding of Philippines region.

Skills Required

- Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
