Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Indian Conglomerate, is looking to engage with Admin Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management
• Co-ordinate and interact with interior vendors, Asset OEM’s/ suppliers and I&S project team closely for New Branch Rollout.
• Project progress tracker to be weekly updated & share with all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring timely delivery of the project by adherence to quality management parameters.
• Quality check & branch roll outs infrastructure progress to be checked on weekly basis (including site photographs).
• Measurement checking & final bill certification in coordination with Regional I&S team.
• Regular follow up to ensure PO’s & Invoice are being processed on time.
2. Vendor Management
• Close Coordination with interior vendor, OEM’s/ suppliers and I & S Team.
• Focus on timely services without compromising Quality and adhere to contract terms.
• Collect No Due Certificates from all vendor’s post completion of each branch roll out.
• Regular follows up with Vendor for final billing documentations along with final invoices.
