Assignment Details

Our client is a mid-sized manufacturer based in Ahmedabad, specializing in plastic films used in diapers and sanitary pads. To drive sales growth, they are looking for an experienced Sales Expert who can plan and implement effective sales strategies, focusing on manufacturers of hygiene products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, particularly diaper and sanitary pad manufacturers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term supply agreements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance insights to senior management.
  • Travel as required for client meetings, negotiations, and market expansion initiatives.

Skills Required

  • 15+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or packaging industry.
  • Strong network and experience working with manufacturers of hygiene products (diapers, sanitary pads, etc.).
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
