Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for supporting the company’s growth through sales strategy and continuous improvement of salesforce effectiveness
2. Partner closely with sales leader and drive sales planning process, pipeline management, and forecasting
3. Design & maintain the methodology of establishing sales goals based on quantitative analysis, past sales performance and sales team capabilities
4. Partner with L&D to implement ongoing sales capability building programs and consistently identify solutions that will improve sales force efficiency
5. Partner with other leaders to identify key focus areas, deficiencies and opportunities by region

Location: Hyderabad
Capacity: Full time onsite 3 months and extendable

Skills Required

1.Preferably with technical qualifications (B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, M.E.) or evidence of strong product understanding
2. Analytical prowess, excellent communication skills, strong EQ, sales experience and a strong understanding of sales tools, sales reporting,
and pipeline management.
3. Ability to effectively interact cross-functionally at all levels of management, manage people, overseeing and implementing procedural-
oriented processes
4. Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues and escalations
5. Preferable previous organizations: IT services, Telecom, ISPs
