Overview: Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is working with a chemical company, and, they are seeking a dynamic Techno-Commercial Sales Representative in Thailand.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the Animal Nutrition Industry, particularly in selling Feed Additive Products such as Emulsifiers, Mineral Premixes, Toxin Binders, and Choline – both synthetic and herbal variants.
The primary focus of this role will be to develop and manage relationships with distributors, end users, emulsifiers, pre-mix, and animal end users in order to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, end users, emulsifiers, pre-mix, and animal end users.
- Actively promote and sell Feed Additive Products to target customers.
- Facilitate link sales by identifying opportunities and cross-selling products.
- Manage payment collections in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Location: Thailand
Duration: 12 months (with possible full-time hiring)
- Background in the Animal Nutrition Industry, with a focus on selling Feed Additive Products.
- Previous work experience in companies marketing such products, preferably with exposure to industry leaders such as Cargill, Kemin, Avitech, Alltech.
- Experience in the poultry industry is highly preferred, with additional experience in dairy and aqua industries considered a plus.
- An educational background in the veterinary field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
