Assignment Details

Our client, a top tier management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant Senior Sales for Automotive Sector. 
Project Brief:
Driving sales of 2-wheelers in select states of India. This involves:

1. Identifying the key challenges/ bottlenecks for low sales in a region

2. Identifying best practices / breakthrough solutions to address these issues

3. Defining action plans for the regional teams across brands, dealer actions and enablers (e.g. digital, retail finance)

4. Driving on-ground implementation with clients to ensure action items are followed through

Contractor Role:
1.Problem solving/ Insight generation: Support in analysis of root cause problems in a region
2.Sales Planning: Assist in defining actions to solve identified problems and development of presentations to track progress of activities.
3.Implementation: Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure completion of activities

 

Duration: 12 months
Expected time commitment: 40 hours per week
Location India; Can work remotely but should be available to travel on-site to Bangalore, Gujarat, AP-TS

Skills Required

Must have:
- 8+ years in sales planning, sales operations or commercial strategy roles in a 2W/ 4W auto co.

Nice to have:
-Sales/ marketing stints in Gujarat and/ or AP-TS
