Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities:


1. NRI Sales

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target NRIs interested in Indian real estate investments.

Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and NRI investors.

Organize global roadshows, property expos, and virtual sales events to attract international buyers.


2. Corporate Sales

Identify and develop partnerships with corporates for employee housing, investment opportunities, and real estate asset management.

Engage with HR, procurement, and admin teams in large organizations to secure corporate deals.

Customize real estate solutions to meet the unique needs of corporate clients.


3. Channel Partner Sales

Develop and manage a robust channel partner network across key markets in India.

Train and engage brokers, real estate agents, and channel partners to drive sales.

Design incentive programs and collaborate on marketing campaigns to boost sales conversions.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.

Leverage digital platforms, CRM tools, and data analytics to optimize lead generation and conversion.

Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams for efficient execution.

Skills Required

Key Requirements:

15+ years of experience in NRI sales, corporate sales, or channel partner sales in Indian real estate.

Strong network and proven track record in closing high-value real estate deals.

Expertise in real estate sales cycles, investment advisory, and financial structuring for clients.

Hands-on experience in relationship management, business development, and strategic sales execution.

Ability to navigate cross-border transactions and regulatory requirements for NRI clients.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with luxury, commercial, or residential real estate brands.

Familiarity with real estate technology (PropTech), CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
