Our client, a Leading Manufacturer of Fashion Accessories, is looking to engage with a Consultant - Area Business Manager.
This role involves driving regional sales regional sales as per targets by managing company owned and franchisee store network within the assigned geographical
area together and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Provide strategic inputs to the Regional Business Manager to consolidate potential sales and develop annual business targets.
2. Target Approval: Approve and monitor annual business targets for franchise partners.
3. Financial Performance: Track and analyze the financial performance of stores, implementing corrective actions as needed.
4. Operational Tracking: Develop reporting mechanisms to track and improve operational performance.
5. Market Analysis: Study market potential, benchmark competitors, and create expansion plans.
6. ROI Projections: Prepare ROI projections for new stores and seek necessary approvals.
7. Retail Initiatives: Design and implement retail initiatives, marketing support activities, and promotional schemes.
8. Expense Management: Manage annual overhead expenses, including visual merchandising fixtures and travel.
9. Sales Schemes: Develop and roll out region-specific and national sales schemes.
10. Customer Feedback: Relay customer feedback to corporate teams for continuous improvement.
11. Complaint Resolution: Handle critical customer complaints and ensure quick resolutions.
12. Service Improvement: Suggest and implement methods for improving service turnaround times.
Key Stakeholders:
1. External: Key customers, third-party service providers, franchisee partners and teams.
2. Internal: Regional, Product & Brand, IRSG & BD, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising & Support teams.
This project is for a Duration of 1 Year based in Bangalore and requires the Consultant to devote Full Time Capacity in an Onsite (In-Office) Model.

1. Qualification: MBA (Marketing) with 1-3 years of retail marketing experience.
2. Technical Skills: Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
3. Customer Service: Empathy, conflict resolution, and a customer-first mindset.
4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with effective negotiation abilities.
5. Problem-Solving: Creative and critical thinking to identify problems and develop solutions.
