Assignment Details

Our client, a leading India-focused distressed investment platform, are seeking experienced senior professional in Sales & Marketing, Strategy, and Business Development from leading float glass companies such as Saint Gobain, GoldPlus, Asahi, or Gujarat Guardian for a short-term advisory role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitive positioning, and business growth opportunities in the float glass industry.
  • Advise on sales, marketing, and business development strategies to enhance market share and profitability.
  • Offer expertise on operations, production, and supply chain efficiencies within the float glass sector.
  • Guide strategic initiatives to optimize business performance and expansion.
  • Support decision-making with industry best practices and operational excellence insights.

Note: The Project Duration is not final,  can be discussed later.

Skills Required

  • Senior leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Strategy, or Business Development within the float glass industry.
  • Previous experience with operations, production, and strategic initiatives in companies like Saint Gobain, GoldPlus, Asahi, or Gujarat Guardian.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to lead high-impact strategic projects and drive business transformation.
  • Availability for a short-term advisory engagement.
